Region and Server Settings ​

Each Pixelview session runs on its own dedicated server, in the region you pick. For the color profile, see Color Settings.

Set the region ​

  1. Sign in to Pixelview Admin.
  2. Click Settings in the top bar and open the Server tab.
  3. Choose a Preferred Region close to the host and viewers.

A region change takes about 60 seconds to deploy. Admin shows the deployment status and the active region.

When a stream stutters or gets stuck ​

  1. Confirm the source is still streaming.
  2. Confirm Pixelview Desktop shows Connected, or that OBS, NLE or hardware settings match Setup Instructions.
  3. Check viewer stats in Admin.
  4. If the stream is stuck, click Restart Server in Admin. It has a cooldown, so save it for troubleshooting.
  5. Try a region closer to the host or viewers.
  6. Test in Chrome, Edge or the Pixelview Player app.
