Pixelview allows you to share your encoder accounts across your organization, enabling multiple team members to manage streams and projects.
Inviting Team Members
How to Add Team Members
- Go to your Account page
- Open Team Management
- Enter the team member's email address
- Select their role:
- Editor: Can manage projects and streams
- Admin: Full access including team management
- Click Send Invite
Invitation Process
- Team member receives an email invitation
- They must sign in or create an account using the invited email
- Once accepted, they'll have access to shared encoders

Editor
- Create and manage projects
- Configure stream settings
- Send viewer invites
- Monitor active streams
Admin
- All Editor permissions
- Manage team members
- Modify account settings
Owner
- All Admin permissions
- Cannot be removed
- Transfer ownership capability
Managing Your Team
Best Practices
- Review team access regularly
- Remove members who no longer need access
- Use appropriate roles - only give Admin access when necessary
- Keep invites secure - invitations expire if not accepted
Revoking Access
- Go to Team Management
- Find the team member
- Click Remove or Revoke Invite
- Confirm the action
